-management lets the crappy workers do whatever they like including missing at least one to multiple days a week, every week for 6+ months with no consequences. (not exaggerating)
-Management is fine having employees who have been there over a year and still don't know how to perform their job even though they do the same thing every day.
-Everybody gets the same raise no matter if you are the laziest person or the best worker. The same goes for a person who only knows how to do 1 thing vs someone who can do everything. No need to learn anything because they will not reward you for having more knowledge of your work.
-you will get used if you are a good worker.
-expect a lot from good workers and expect very little from sorry workers but will not give you any raises for it. Raise is not based on performance so no need to work hard or learn anything. Just act like you don't get it and you will get a free paycheck.
-no point of coming in to work every day like you suppose to when majority of the gearing tech take at least a day or two off every week.
-No growth in the shop. Dead end job unless you get transfer to the office.
