      There aren't any pros. The place is terrible.

      Management will do everything they can to screw over its employees. Its a Union run factory, but the union is weak.

      Salary is average to good. Benefits are average to good. People are nice to your face.

      Cons

      Cliques and politics are rampant. They promise a family atmosphere and that they care for their employees, but will drop you like a hot potato without any notice.
