Pros

You learn a lot, there are an insane amount of problems for an Engineer to fix and improve.

Cons

No matter how much you try to make processes better, the Union will fight you every step of the way. Whether that be a whole department call in for a few days. Or the workers sabotaging the equipment. Oh also make sure anything you have in the building is locked up because there are tool theives like crazy.
