no weekends have your own space no after hour emails or phone calls
Cons
upper management "encourages" feedback, but they don't really want or like to hear the honest truth. there is clearly favorite employees with mid level management, ones that do no work, walk around and talk all day and nothing happens to them. But if a regular employee points that out then they have a target on them for being honest.
