      Very good work environment, but very behind State of the Art in the Industry

      Pros

      Job is not at all stressful, good work environment and colleagues.

      Cons

      Working on many legacy systems, with very old tools and frameworks. Old project management processes. They are trying to modernize, but at a slow pace, still lagging behind the State of the Art in the Industry. Work environment is not very diverse. Managers are mostly from engineering backgrounds, and don't understand tech all that well, but they try.
