Pros

They do give people a chance for promotions, but this is due to low pay (unable to get better candidates externally)

Cons

A now rotten company culture to the core, almost every aspect has been stripped back to cut costs, over analyse & then critique against the employee at their will. Unrealistic targets, lowering market share, over priced products, too many slow understaffed layers of internal procedures, bullying culture among senior management to middle. Base has been increased but all bonuses slashed with caveats to mean overall pay down 7-12k. Pressure put on daily via WhatsApp, Email, Phone calls & texts out of working hours. Expectation to attend meetings remotely while off sick. Blame solely placed on the ADM or ASM for companies position in the UK market. Zero praise or recognition for anything positive. A draining experience and one I would recommend others to follow suit & leave sooner rather than later #sinkingship

Pros

Benefits and pension Nice new office, much bigger than the old one

Cons

Creepy behaviour from many mid level office managers, from dating interns to making crude remarks about female job applicants, this place is living in the 60’s. Many managers are completely inept in their field, explaining simple parts of my job to my own manager feels like explaining how to use a tv remote to my grandma. This is leading to dumb decisions and costly mistakes.

Pros

iPad, iPhone, Car, occasional paid dinners and lunches, but not often.

Cons

Most sales staff are paid very poorly and are making just above minimum wage. The only thing pushing them above minimum wage is the use of the company car and cell phone. Products are overpriced and difficult to move in a super saturated and competitive market. Sales territories are constantly split and cut down making it increasingly difficult for sales reps to make any money. The company loses or fires good people at a rate of about 1-2% per day. This is why there are always job postings there. They are not new roles, just the same role being replaced over and over again. Extremely hostile work environment for women. Company culture of misogyny and they do not punish those who behave inappropriately towards women. HR has no clue what's going on, or simply doesn't care.
