Poor Payment for constant performance pressure and constantly working over hours (unpaid).

Independant working, leadership by objectives (figures), Good career opportunities for high performers.

Cons

Even if you work yourself up the ladder, you make hardly more money, but instead get more work, travelling, meetings responsibility , huge variable part of salary related to company performance and meeting ones objectives. But if you miss one out of 3 objectives (revenue, profit in% and profit in absolute figures) by just 1%, you get nothing at all.

Pros

flexible time slots but the management is pretty tought to deal with. Also the customers were pretty bad as well.

Cons

Bad location also the management is really tight with raises. They made it really hard to get ahead and move forward.

nice health benefits, vacation time is slightly above average, stable and well backed financially, great environment for someone who is a performer.

Cons

maybe not all divisions are like this, but they push very hard to get every extra hour of work from you that they can.
