Pros

Great business training Awesome global working opportunities Art and staff cantene at the headquarter Networking opportunities No enforced redundancies even in crisis

Cons

Depending on the position one has to be quiete flexible with regard to one's national and international mobility. Besides it counts what one brings to the table at the company and not so much which kind of degrees one owns.

Pros

Decent quality products. Car, fuel, cell phone, meager expense allowance, Wurth branded products.

Cons

Extreme stress, bullying work environment and culture, high demands, ridiculous unreasonable and not based on historical data sales quota increases, even in a recessionary climate! For example, current company growth is 3% and quota increases of 15% are issued! Management is useless, changing its direction almost daily. Management cuts pay and commissions arbitrarily and when sales people work system to their advantage management calls it theft! Price increases at times several per month. Poor morale, high employee turnover, low pay, small territories, inefficient divisionalization, increasingly immature people as we hire low wage flunkies, etc. . You get charged more in commission chargeback than you make in commissions when you get a customer return. Still use outmoded means of communication, company doesn't utilize technology, using same methods that were developed 65 years ago. A good portion of the salesforce is on new hire guarantees, and when those guarantees expire don't expect those employees to stick around.
