Pros

They give you a car and tool to work your territory. It is now a good opportunity for someone new to outside sales experience.

Cons

Company is continuously making it harder on the sales team, increasing our sales objectives twice in 9 months. They removed a number of benefits and bonus from the sales.

Pros

Car, phone, tablet, the same as every other sales job, great earning potential.

Cons

No support from any of head office including purchasing, accounts receivable or department managers. If you come here you do it on your own and the company throws multiple hurdles in your direction Most systems and processes are broken with a lack of guidelines outlining proper direction steps to take in problem situations Products the same or similar to others on the market but are priced double or three times higher to make up your paycheck.
