Pros

None really you don't have your manager breathing down your neck and you can learn or should I say watch YouTube videos on how to use products even though there is not a lot as they don't give proper training so yeh not much

Cons

Everything else, bad pay passive aggressive emails from managers, no training given, I was left in the store on my own of just 2 weeks of training on SAP but they was only going to give me 1 week but someone kindly said no I will train for another week l, can't leave someone after 2 week of training. Making us call people everyday to push sales well maybe if the stores were in good places or correct locations we wouldn't have to do this and forcing ppl to buy stuff that they themselves can't afford because wurth is so expensive. Company is a tick box place to just say oh we did this etc to help you no they penalise ther staff for not making targets, extending probation periods with out telling members of staff and extending probation because the public don't want or can't afford to but it's the sales rep fault, absolute joke. Not training on products either, getting budgets taken away form certain things like marketing yet they want more footfall but u reduce the money for marketing make it make sense. It doesn't And then we are solo workers responsible for running the store cleaning everyone I mean toilet shelves floors bins windows and do health and saftery every week etc yet we only got a £66 pund pay rise for a solo manager were not taking enough home and yet they keep introducing other or extra things for us to do. I wouldn't work for this place at all all they care about is sales sale sales and they do it forcefully so many people have left in the 3 years I've been there so many ppl and some ppl just up and leave for a billion pound company they don't treat there staff well at ll and then the managers are also sucked into this nonsenedand then they become horrible as well. I've had some not so good experiences and once I realised that they are not for there staff I stopped going over board and when I saw my pay increase yet work demand has gone up I said no I'm not going above and beyond now I will do what is mandatory of me to do but that it and even then that's at a push. Anyways don't work for this company terrible would never work for them them and they really need to look at the pay for there staff. Oh yes and unrealistic store targets so you don't really get any extras. The first 6 months you get a bonus of like 200 quid but after that nothing because the targets for some stores are way too high.they are unreachable so you get set up for failure. LONE STORE MANAGERS SHOULD BE TAKING HOME AT LEAST 2000 A MONTH JOT 1800 ITS RIDICULOUS FIX UP WURTH
