The only Pro I have is that they guys that work in the Warehouse work their you know what's off.

Cons

Management doesn't appreciate the Warehouse Crew. Only sales. Warehouse employees are expected to work 12 to 16 hours a day with no appreciation from anyone. HR DEPARTMENTS has way too much control in the everyday workings of the different locations. HR complains about the Over Time, yet Management will staff according to demand so all of the work falls on the few people that are there. So they are punished for going the extra mile and getting the work done instead of appreciated.

Great product, left to your own devices, if you work and and fast you can be home for lunch every day and still hit your monthly target.

Cons

Very poor pay. Product price increases at any time of year. Sales targets get harder the longer you work there. Becomes boring after a few years of asking the same questions to the customers.

Hummm? I don't think that there's anything good about them while the same people run the place.

Cons

Where do I start. The manager for the warehouse I was working does not know (he/she) from her rear. Neither does (his/her) supervisor. Yet they want you to perform your job by reading minds which (was not part of my job description). You do the work and your supervisor takes the credit, over looks other lazy workers but rides you like a race horse at the Kentucky Derby. Bad company to work for. If you really want to kill your enthusiasm to give it your best, this is the company to do to you.
