      Pros

      Growing organization with many opportunities to advance and continue in education/learning/certifications/professional memberships. Great company for entry level professionals to join since there are many promotions from within. Benefits are great - many medical and dental plans to choose from and also 401k matches. There are fun events on occasion too like bean bag tournaments, catered lunches, minute to win it events, and wellness events/challenges. Pay is competitive - especially when factoring in the benefits package and opportunities.

      Company has a very fast paced environment (not necessarily a bad thing as days go by very quickly)

      Pros

      You have great opportunities if your company is successful and you can try new ideas and get moving. Very decentralized structure.

      Cons

      Vague in pushing strategy trough the entire organization mainly because of the freedom companies within the group get, if they are successful. More centralized strategies are not easy to push through.
