      I have enjoyed my time working at the corporate office.

      Would be nice if we all got to be remote. But hey, that's the worst I've got so you're doing pretty good.

      Pros

      Nice office space in Wade Park area of Raleigh. Good insurance benefits. Room to grow in alternate paths if management likes you. Flashy leadership conference with luxury hotel stays. You get to fly in a private jet if the CEO wants to go somewhere with you.

      Cons

      The company is severely mismanaged and can't seem to focus on priorities. Layoff after layoff rolls on without any communication. Toxic leaders are sent for group therapy on the company's dime yet no change results. Leadership enjoys private planes while touting an environmental commitment.

      Pros

      Vontier pays well. They also have great benefits.

      Cons

      HR will lay you off if you are not one of their favorite people. Regardless of your work. No right ups, just bye. They will make up anything. Management allows this to happen. The morale is at an all time low. You feel like you have to walk on egg shells to do your job.
