      Pros

      Money is good and people are amazing and do great things within the confines of a medium sized corporation. I would definitely recommend working here.

      Cons

      Culture is a bit over the top when it comes to diversity and inclusion and trying to make everyone feel like they are in a family environment.

      Cons

      Poor management. Let me go stating was due to budget cuts yet few months later contractor was hired to do my position and then 6 months later they hired someone full time. That’s what you get for supporting someone who stated they didn’t need support in the first place. They were never satisfied with anything.

      Great team, good benefits, great PTO policy.

      Cons

      Management isn't clear on priorities, there are unaddressed engagement issues and people feel like they can't count on leaders to do anything. Very negative workplace culture with leadership.
