Lots of Problems to work out

Pros

-they try to work on diversity and inclusion which is great but its only if you agree with them -very forward thinking company who wants to innovate -if you work at corporate it pays well with good benefits(individual companies under their umbrella varies) -if you are a minority they have lots of perks for you

Cons

-required to take white privilege training -they have diversity quotas, if you are a white male or Asian male you will most likely be passed up for someone that 'looks' more like what they are interested in -very left leaning and theyre outward about it, if you do not like 'woke' companies dont work here -culture at corporate is very 'blame game' and it gets exhausting (they have a high turnover rate) -they care more about raising the pride flag than they do the opinions of their employees

Pays well - not enough to make it worth it

Pros

Fair salary, clean office, reasonable hours.

Cons

Management issues, lots of people leaving around the same time or being fired (pardon me, "retired"), the illusion of a happy, collaborative team environment is there (all over the core values, for example) but it's mostly just all talk no action, the majority of people that I communicated with on a daily basis there were not happy for various reasons and were either on their way out or interviewing with other companies. Had a few friends (solid employees) who were promised a certain career path as they were in the process of being brought onboard and were told that's not a possibility anymore. I don't think it's a terrible place but there's a lot that needs attention.

Pros

You will get a paycheck until they fire you unexpectedly because of stock market conditions. CEO is an exception. He's a good guy.

Cons

Horrible startup company with no direction and they will ruthlessly layoff American employees to protect their stock prices. CIO does not have his own vision but takes orders from CFO who is cutting cost by eliminating jobs in the US to outsource to India. VPs in IT also take frequent lavish international trips needlessly and waste money. They are strategically replacing American employees with remote Europeans and Indians to cut cost and yet expect to receive tax breaks, subsidies, and contracts from the US. HR is not on the side of the employees and follows orders from the management to the verbatim. This company is not veteran friendly and therefore does not deserve any DoD or US government contracts. They will terminate protected veterans without any consideration and supervisors without college degrees never take time to thank veteran employees even on Veterans Day. A lot of nepotism and favoritism going on as some supervisors bring in groups of buddies and loyalists from their former jobs.
