Talent people in some teams.

Political business that rules from fear from the top, favoritism will get you promoted (not talent), archaic systems, feedback not taken on board. Worst business i've ever worked, that will likely effect your mental health.

Role scope often does not align with the job description and can expand significantly without clear structure or support. Senior communication and strategic alignment across teams can be inconsistent, which makes prioritisation difficult.
