Bilingual environment can't mask poor leadership and training
Pros
the only pros was to have bilingual environment
Cons
- Unclear process/manual/guidance to do tasks - Zero training or guidance needed to do tasks, even tasks with high stakes - 丸投げ culture. they will give you task that they themselves do not know how to do it, and they do not care if you are struggling to do them, they only care if you could deliver the tasks on your own because everybody is busy and no one is paid to be your baby sitter (teaching new person is seen as baby sitting, so you could only got 1 time chance of QA about the task. even though the process to do the task change, you will get no further QA chance because you already got it before) - Unfit and clueless "leaders" being put to leadership posts. They can only tell you what to do, and demand result. but zero capability to guide their team on how to do the job or to motivate their team members. - Practically not-functioning HR. HR are more concerned on having good relationship with C-suites and keep everything seemed cool, especially when they know that by doing the right thing might rock the boat. - Whistleblower system only there as cosmetics to make the whole organization seemed to follow regulation, but in reality, when people reported case, the case went cold with no clear resolution, and the people reported the case will be let go as damage control.
