      The company's work culture is very diverse and welcoming, the workplace environment makes it feel easy to truly come as you are. I learned that it is best to have great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in order to work well with the different dynamics of individuals here.

      Cons

      Change is constantly happening, whether through Product updates, organizational structure, etc. It is important that you become adaptable so that you can navigate, unlearn/re-learn, and effectively communicate the changes to those who are impacted.
