Brings together the best of 2 world's - Vodafone and Idea, has some of the best talent in telecom industry

Cons

Taking too long to bring the synergies of merger to fruition. Appears slightly lost in setting the direction for the employees to follow, which is letting competition eat into its subscribers and revenue
