Wonderful culture of respect and motivation. I have worked for 5 years in erstwhile Vodafone, and I am privileged to be a part of such an organization. You will learn and grow here, there is no bossing around, if you work hard it would be appreciated and valued. These are tough times that the organization is going through, its a theme in the industry currently.

Cons

None, post merger, its a shaky ground for anyone to join. But then it is the best operator to work for in Telecom.
