Pros

Very good office estruture. Good business

Cons

Toxic management No opportunity to grow within the company Not very good money benefits (very low salary increasement per year and much lower bonus as promised in ctr) They promise 2 days home office in the ctr, but in practice you cannot take it. A strong and powerful vertical hierarchy.

Pros

Fantastic people to work with. You get access to a gym, they bring in food all the time, on Fridays most people leave early, there's early outs. Honestly, it's a great place to hang tight for a bit.

Cons

Their systems suck and it's incredibly difficult to grow without running into a bunch of roadblocks.

Able to learn a lot of things, can build up experience overall commodity trade.

Cons

Too many steps to get approval and require lots of task but pay range is slightly underpaid than other commodity trading company ( Big 5)
