Good management, safety focused, value their employees, social club in head office was fantastic, interesting work and busy and vibrant during harvest

Longer hours over harvest, can be stressful, some angry customers

Pros

Big brand name. Good for retirement if you just want to work and not climb the corporate ladder.

Cons

Ageing population. Lots of old guards that are in executive level that look experience but actually knows nothing. Political. Don’t be too vocal and talk less unless you are part of the preferential treatment group. Wipe your own butt clean. Don’t expect people to back you up. Scrimp on small money and cutting benefits. “Flexible” but not THAT flexible. Top dollars paid to people who knows, does and not performing.
