Pros

Nothing positive to say anymore.

Cons

Glencore culture lost after the CEO changed. Compensation not in line with competitors or old Glencore days even after record years of profit. CEO keeps the bonus pool for himself and has lost the respect of everyone. HR have no idea what they are doing and think they run the company. No salary transparency or levels. New junior employees can be paid more than experienced seniors. Best employees work for a few years then get hired by competitors for double salary. Too much focus on small cost cutting whilst not realising huge operational inefficiencies are costing millions.
