Pros

Lots of great things about working at Viterra. Some managers are protected for too long and need replacing but overall good company.

Cons

Too many poor managers in roles they don’t deserve.

Fulfilling work but toxic culture.

Pros

The work itself was sufficiently challenging and offered some great opportunities for learning and enrichment.

Cons

- leadership punished female supervisor for decisions made by her male boss. -Feminine products dispensers were only decoys and did not actually function - senior leader would openly make derogatory remarks about parental leave. - The culture is generally punitive and has the potential to crush your spirit
