      Pros

      Amazing work, helping CEO's of SME's to be the best they can be. Flexibility as to how much you want to work. Pay commensurate with hours worked. Great HQ staff to support you.

      The sales aspect can be tough at first, but gets easier as you gain experience

      Pros

      Independent thinkers are welcome if they wear pants and high testosterone. Everyone believes their own press.

      Cons

      There is a “bro” culture here that a woman can only overcome if she acts like she had testosterone for breakfast. Most of the men think they are as smooth as James Bond, and prefer their “girls” to look and act like a Bond Girl.
