Solid Company That Went Through Rough Patch

Great benefits, good employee learning and development, good concept overall. Dedicated staff.

Cons

Poor leadership and direction from former CEO (2013-2016) and his hand-selected senior managers who lacked experience led to turn over of loyal and dedicated employees and loss of respect for executive leadership team.

Vision and mission are congruent with who I am; the vast majority of the people that work here remain consistent with company values.

Cons

Long days of intensive hours. Sometimes change initiatives occur before the last change imitative has had enough time to settle in and the impact has been assessed.
