Pros
- Great perks like kombucha, coffee, company outings, employee development days, wellness, etc. - Some cool and young people - Nice office yet empty - Decent equipment - Good mission - Flexible work schedule - Easy work
Cons
- Very disorganized - People are frantic - Barely any processes (If there are some, they're a mess) - Unprofessional individuals who speak to you inappropriately, yell, go behind your back, etc. - Can't get in contact with HR - Barely pay you - Takes forever to hire new people and when someone leaves, they dump all their work onto you and you don't even get a raise - Never get a raise unless your title changes, which doesn't happen quickly at all - Too many types of titles without room to grow - Health insurance isn't great - People just look busy and don't want to change the way things have been done
