Pros

Benefits were very generous for a mid size company.

Cons

After two years of leaving this company, I can see in hindsight how immensely TOXIC the morale this company has built. I’ve never worked with people who are more demoralizing than the team I worked under. Director at the time would gaslight you into thinking you were doing a great job then easily break you down in front of the entire team. I never understood it at the time but it’s clear to me now. I was working with a team of individuals that needs deep healing. Managed by people that’s never had management experience OR let alone know the work that we did. Hard to hear feedback from leaders that did not have a grasp of what was going on on the ground. Lacking in any development opportunities. Lacking in promotional opportunities. Not a lot of room for growth.

High expectations for excellence while still maintaining that respect for the individual and family come first. Wonderful CEO and leadership team. Hybrid (2 days in office)
