More random duties than the actual selling

This job is for someone who wants a desk job more than an actual sales job. You'd spend more time sitting in the office.

Cons

There are a lot more random duties assigned than doing the actual selling. I spend more time on the phone, on the computer, and on my desk than working with real people. Then the management expects us to get in more sales and reach targets, it's ridiculous.

The team culture is really great. People here are very collaborative, and out team lead is a great mentor to us. The salary is decent at least.

Cons

Despite the nice work culture in this company, the carelessness and apathy of the leadership negatively impact the employees. The lack of support and guidance from the upper management give too much burden to the employees, especially the team leads. Although the pay is decent, the headache and extra stress that the management causes are worth more than the compensation that the company provides.
