A big highlight of my experience with Vistage has been the company's support of internal career transitions and growth. Moving from one team to the another has allowed me to build upon my existing skills and explore new areas for development. The role I'm in now is a brand new position for the company, which demonstrates their willingness to adapt and create opportunities for its employees. I've also noticed this is not a unique case, as internal transfers and promotions are highly regarded in the company. As I've been with the company for 3 years now, and I feel very fulfilled in the work that I do. My manager has provided a supportive environment for innovation and professional autonomy.

Cons

Because there are so many facets to the business, it's easy for departments to function in silos and wires to get crossed.
