      - toxic managers - toxic colleagues - no culture - no values - employees opinions do not matter, only money matters. - open space office with lots of noise . can not focus.

      Professional teammates, a healthy work environment with good work and life balance, high-quality code standards.

      Cons

      There could be more perks, e.g. free gym membership, lunch, etc. But this is all extra and I don't see it as a big disadvantage.
