      *local business units and teams have all the mandate to operate the best possible way *very low level of bureaucracy *everyone can leave their hand print and create new best practices *easy going and nice bunch of local and global colleagues *healthy work&life balance with basically no company emails after normal workday *loads of interesting and challenging possibilities in tech to develop your skills *very strong business outlook

      *as there are many companies and business units under the Visma umbrella that tends to put ppl working in silos and lose visibility
