      + Nice, professional people. Some are very competent and energetic, some are just getting by. + Nordic working culture + Career opportunities, if you are willing to play the corporate game. Also helps if you are in Norway.

      Cons

      - Corporate hierarchy - Very inconsistent in some aspects, e.g. with newly bought companies vs. more established Visma companies
