      Pros

      Good culture, nice, helpful, skillful people. Flexible work from home. Fairly good pay.

      Cons

      I worked for Kontek Lön(a Visma company), I left a permanent job cause it sounded great, I was there 7 months. The company is good however they made a wrong prediction about the new leads coming in so I was let off which was strange. But you take a risk changing job, sometimes it's good sometimes not.
