- Strong colleagues from whom you can always learn - Ability to choose different projects - Agile environment - Agile way of working in >90% projects
Cons
- While working with projects you can still find majority of requirements written in norvegian language - If you’re the one from different company who have joined the conference call where rest of stakeholders are from other site - they’ll talk in native language - Company doesn’t have culture to run all meetings and keep critical information (requirements, acceptance criteria) in english language
