      Working in Visma provides very good growth possibilities. You can choose to go on technical path or management, once you've had enough. The company cares about employees.

      Cons

      Being a group, sometimes the projects tend to slow down because policies and processes need to be complied with.

      You will find an excellent working environment. You will find very positive relations with your team members and with other teams as well. You will like flexible working hours and a cozy and sunny office. You will like the salary which is very good for living in a cheap city like Riga. You will like parties, team building events, confs and so on. You will like the trips. The company highly respects your personal life.

      Cons

      You would dislike the development environment in some teams. Since there is no good testing, review, documentation, and other necessary stuff. It is not about the all teams though. You would dislike growth opportunities. And it is correlated with salary.
