relaxing atmosphere, annual pay raises, extra benefits (coffee, play rooms, fruits, off work activities payed by the company, sports, etc)
Cons
mostly workaholic colleagues, some project have old technologies and are very very slowly being migrated, used to be flexible but is turning into a full-time corporation environment, very hard to change team if you don't fit in
