      Pros

      Professional teammates, a healthy work environment with good work and life balance, high-quality code standards.

      Cons

      There could be more perks, e.g. free gym membership, lunch, etc. But this is all extra and I don't see it as a big disadvantage.

      The people there were great to work with. Managers and bosses are all generally very nice and reasonable.

      Cons

      Would sometimes get low on projects/things to do, and chase for new tasks (could be more independent or long-term planned).
