Pros

- Dell owns it - Work from home is very possible - Good pay - Decent benefits.

Cons

- Very disorganized and unprofessional. Calling it a complete circus is not far from the truth. - Management openly lies about the company and the non-existent products. - Frequent re-orgs for the sake of change with no real reason or plan - Weak leadership and sinking morale. - In fighting, and backstabbing are the norm. - Cronyism runs rampant with unqualified people in positions they have no business being in. - All hands meetings quickly turn into Senior Managers patting themselves on the back for no progress and bad decisions. - Most of their data centers are on fire and oversubscribed. No one cares unless a customer calls to complain and then it's all hands on deck.

Pros

allows flex time and flexible working location. I was located in east coast and worked with teams in Atlanta have some good partners like SAP backing them- at least on paper

Cons

terrible company to work for over all!!!!. - Company has long way to go before delivering products they promise to customers!! no credibility! - Management tells blatant lies to employees to retain them and then reverses on these promises- no bonus payouts year after year. No explanation while sales reps. and management take the credit and money. - This means they are struggling to survive but little information to staff is given. - Lot of discrimination within company, favors to people known to management - no meritocracy. - This is a services company not a cloud company.. and the services also are really horrible.. I would not recommend using them for anything - Very low representation of female employees at all levels - except in HR

Pros

Can't think of any right now.

Cons

Anyone want to place a bet on who is getting stock grants in April? Hint: Individual Contributors won't be on the list. That is the Virtustream way and I guess it's the Dell way too.
