None! If you like call zero (0) compensation, loyalty and dedication back to the employees after the employees pull-off another score for management goals and the shareholders, then that is a "Pro".

Thankless and false enviroment! Your interview will be the only positive interaction you will face. After that, the scope of your responsibilities with will differ from what they originally conveyed... The ranking bodies at Videojet will request and take from you without recourse. When you are at Videojet you will be forced through events and given un-attainable goals that will consume you. Beware of any company where the longevity of an employee is less < 5 years! Currently < 20% are over 5 years of employement. Beware B.S./MBA's!
