      great leadership, HR is awesome, Danaher name, industry leader, ability to work im different areas of the business, experience with lean environment that is becoming popular in many companies. intl' experience. good training when you find it. DBS is efficient and productive. great learning opportunity. immediate reports are excellent.

      Cons

      a little too lean, lack of technology available to do job. insurance isn't bad but isn't the greatest either. little to no on the job training offered...its there you just have to find and ask for it,
