      Pros

      Flexible work schedule while in the field , not stuck behind a desk. Work with a great team of CSE 's and management.

      Cons

      Many times you may not know when you will get home due to scheduling / routing of calls . Which can be difficult if you have children or other engagements immediately after work to attend to.

      I am a 2nd generation employee that has been with the company for 3 years now. The company has an abundance of opportunities for those that are hungry and are seeking them. There are a lot of Pro's at the company depending on what you are seeking: - DBS (Danaher Business System) great tool that provides you skills to succeed at your every day job - Benefits are great and the best part is they begin on day 1 with no waiting period - Flexibility depending on what department you work in. The department I am in I've had great Work-Life Balance - Exposure to the top leadership team including the President, Vice President, & platform Group Executive

      Cons

      - Some advancement opportunities may only be available if you are flexible to relocation - Challenging but rewarding metric heavy environment with stretch goals

      Pros

      Many good people working for this company. In my particular location, the upper management is fantastic. They care about employee well being.

      Cons

      Middle management is very hit or miss. Depends on who your boss is. My particular boss has people coming and going like a revolving door, because he nit-picks their work, is way too controlling, and doesn't value anyone's well being. He's a workaholic and expects everyone else to be too - but he doesn't care about their motivation.
