Autonomy, trust, good pay, earning potential, best leadership I've had. 8:00-4:30 or 7:00 - 3:30 with 30 min lunch. Amazing benefits (cheap health insurance and 16 days PTO with 2 floating holidays)

Cons

Work can be boring sometimes. It took my manager 5 years to get promoted so promotion may be slow. Numbers driven (however I don't see them firing anyone for underperforming) my department isn't very diverse.

-great pay -aggressive commission structure -plenty of PTO -GREAT benefits with flexibility -team mentality -very little micromanagement

Cons

-can be a bit slow and boring, but it is work -currently remote, job is easily accomplished remote and should stay that way -a bit archaic in their policies, but they do allow room for discussion and flexibility
