Pros

Great Medical Benefits, able to work remote for most job titles.

Cons

Lack of training provided to Application Engineers. Companies would mainly provide training towards Service Engineers, who would rely on Application Engineers for assistance regarding the Equipment. Management gave more to those they rubbed shoulders with and not employees who dedicated time and hard work. Sales received praise for the hard work of others. The focus was on "the bottom line," not employees. The work environment is very stressful and I feel I have very little to show for my efforts.
