Hello, thank you for your review! Please see the reply below from Matt Kulis, Videojet’s Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain: Thank you for your feedback. We value diversity of thought and transparency in all forms and as a member of Videojet's leadership team, I can tell you that it is genuinely appreciated and valued. Also, I want to take the opportunity to clarify that currently and for the past two years I have been responsible for Operations at Videojet, and my experience has been quite different that the views posted. Leaders at all levels of Danaher and Videojet are extremely well-rounded business partners who are incredibly well-versed in all aspects of the business, starting with operations. I say "starting" with operations because this is in fact our foundation as a business. The Danaher Business System (DBS) is our competitive advantage and HOW we get things done. I personally have received great mentorship and guidance in DBS, and I would like to help anyone that feels differently. Lastly, I think the review, unfortunately, leaves out the fact that Videojet is a great place to work because of our talented, engaged, and diverse team. I personally would recommend it to anyone, which is why I scored it 100/100 on our recent employee survey. However, that does not mean we cannot improve much further, and perhaps I can help create an even safer place for feedback which makes us stronger moving us closer to our goal of a united 100% engagement.
