Pros

Personal is great based on which group you're in, benefits, builds relationships to move onward (outside company)

Cons

Ship, Build, Sell and Contracts are priority, customer is always second. Never improve, enhancements costs $ so those won't happen and rarely listens to internal or customer feedback.

Pros

Good money if you work overtime. Company phone, car, laptop, etc

Cons

Company wants you to give them an hour of your own time at the beginning and end of your day in case of travel. Last I checked this is against labor law. Work life balance is non existent. Micromanaged to the point of insanity. They track your car, phone, laptop, etc. Beware, if you idle in your company car longer than a few minutes they may call your phone and see what you are up to. The CSE role is more field sales than it is actually repairing equipment. You will be pushed to sell contracts to customers every single call.
