Pros

The Aides, Teachers, Clinicians, Facilitators and house managers are all amazing people. You won't find a more dedicated, supportive group of co-workers. And the kids... They make it all worth while

Cons

Unsafe work environment, disregard for CCL and CDE regulations, falsifying documents, lack of administrative support, run-down facilities, lack of current or relevant curriculum, administrative nepotism/cronyism.
