None I can think of.

Workers are treated as second rate. The upper management runs the place like a cult, constantly demanding you spew their praises at meetings and theoretically getting buy in. If you don't drink the kool aid you are very soon a target. If they were as good as they say they would not give bonuses for positive reviews by employees on Glassdoor, Indeed and others.
