There is a specific manager that runs her own program, and unless you're her favorite, she will make your life hell. Had me to the point I was bullied so bad by her, I pretty much wanted to take my life. She has some people fooled. Told me I'd never promote because I hadn't earned my stripes and unless she gives a good word it'll never happen. I've gone to te members baby shower, just to walk into the home and see this manager. She has personal friendship relationships with plenty of her past and present people she supervises, has borrowed money from an individual of whom she supervises, and fully protects all her close friends, in which she supervises, all the while treating those not in her in crowd like crap. We use to get along fine , Until I didn't feel comfortable at how she treated and talked about certain people at the work site. Victor talks about site culture, but right under their nose they have some in charge of being a team leader, and she is a monster that hides it very well for her peers. I now do my job and stay out of the way, and continue to pray for her current victims, hopefully they will get the strength to report her. She will cost the company money and good workers.
