The culture! Best coworkers. Fair pay. Flexible work hours (to accommodate late CFT meetings and such). Competent and understanding management team! Working with youth of all ages.

Cons

When services were in person, sometimes CFT meetings for Wrap clients would be held in the evenings (6-7:30pm)

Cons

Training is a joke, not culturally competent, work load expected is unrealistic, group supervision is not compliant for all registered associates, and the values they SAY they have sound great, but they do not run the organization by those values.
